I have really enjoyed reading your message. I have read some of your books and I hope ode worldwide would take advantage of the knowledge.

My vision (and hope) for education center on honoring the student as much as continually refreshing the desire for continued life long learning.

Emphasis would be on our growth as a human spiritual beings and our relationship to the universe.

Within that would be molded and shared the necessities for day to day living.

I believe it is essential to recognize all traditions and beliefs, and modeling respect and understanding for all.

To maintain purity in the learning environment.

There is a need to re-look at the intention for "education". As I see it the intent or basis for learning should be born of our inherent curiosity coupled with survival needs.

To make these changes would require the removal of ego, and the reinsertion of heart.

This is just a brief overview of some of my ideas for an upward growth for our children's learning.

Who is an Intelligent Optimist?

The best answer to this question was found in the book, "HARMONICS OF EVOLUTION by Florence Huntley (Page 73) www.gsns.org. a direct quote.

She wrote,

" Natural Science declares, that an Intelligent Individual is the first object in nature, and has a life, a place, a purpose and destiny distinctly his own." Just think of it!

I would go a step further and say,

"an Intelligent Individual is more interested in solutions than problems. He is engaged in making a better world and his perspectives in life is always positive. He or she thinks only positing thoughts.

Now tell me this!

Isn't this what Ode community is all about?

Won't you agree that Ode magazine is trying to unite humanity through the internet and allowing increasing international connections to coordinate their efforts without forming a mass movement.

NATURAL SCINCE PHILOSOPHY -- What is that?

Recently, I did a google search for "Natural Science." It provided 7.5 million results. Wow!

Natyrally,I was surprised at the results to say the least.

But, at the same time I was perplexed at the fact that none of these results had anything whatsoever to do with the true meaning of "Natural Science" I was searching for. Let me explain!

According to The Great School of Natural Science , here is the true meaning of "Natural Science".

"...AS ALL LAWS OF NATURE ARE NATURAL LAWS, THE SCIENCE WHICH DEALS WITH THEM IS CALLED THE "NATURAL SCIENCE."

The key word here is the "Science" which deals with the LAWS OF NATURE. Just think of it!

Very simply stated, "Natural Science" is the SCIENCE of The Laws of Nature which control the origin, operation and destiny all living things.

So, what's the point?

You may ask: My answer.

Our Creator has given us the power and the privilege of using the very same Laws of Nature that run and control this universe, to use them to fix our own destiny here on earth.

There are only seven laws of nature as far as we are concerned.

Does your religion work?

Why do people bother to have all sorts of debates about religion.

Why do people try to convince each other that their God is the right God and their religion is right one?

Why do we try to impose our philosophies about, life, death, truth, love, and the Big Questions on each other, when none of us really knows the answers anyway?

The only relevant question about any religion or philosophy is not if it is true or not, but it is effective.

If your belief system is not making you happy, or if does not bring peace and love to your heart and to the hearts of those around you, it does not not work. And, by the way, if it doesn't work, it can't be true.
