"We must be the change we wish to see in the world."--Gandhi I am the mother of two beautiful children, a wife to an amazing very talented man and just as important, a free thinking individual woman. For the past 5 years I have had the been blessed to live my true passion, teaching yoga to amazing people! Everyday brings me a new experience, each person I meet takes me down a different road. I am a lover of nature, animals, music, dance, movement and expression. I love to write, sing, play, lay under the stars, stand in the river and sand. I feel so proud to be living in such an amazing and transformational time on this planet. I look forward to where life takes me and my family, hopefully on lots of adventures!
